WEDNESDAY NIGHT IS YOGA NIGHT
Yoga is a form of non-aerobic exercise involving precise postures, breathing exercises and meditation. Yoga can help relieve some symptoms and enhance your quality of life by relieving the stress and anxiety associated with cancer and treatment.
Muscle tension and body aches are common problems for cancer patients. As a complementary therapy, yoga helps with muscle soreness and improving range of motion. It also assists in reducing the side effects of routine chemotherapy (like nausea and dizziness) and can help lower blood pressure.
A QUALITY LIFE COMMUNITY IS NOW FACILITATING YOGA FOR ALL PATIENTS, SURVIVORS AND CAREGIVERS
Please join us for this valuable opportunity to slow down, relax and find some peace of mind.
